What our clients have to say about us:

“As a business coach and consultant Terry has helped to improve the overall organization and function of our business by getting us on track and moving in the right direction. I highly recommend Terry for any business professional looking to improve the productivity and structural organization of their business.”

“As a small business owner the BBCi has provided LinerWerx with the professional expertise and support needed in the ever challenging area of Human Resources. Terry’s (their) ability to understand my business, its needs and my limitations has produced results that I could not have achieved alone. I’m always appreciative of their help and insight.”

Roland Goodfellow
Owner, Linerwerx Inc.

“Scott Forbes and I worked together at Fisher Controls and have known each other for over 26 years. At Fisher, he was recognized for his expertise in Labour and Employee Relations both domestically and internationally. He has the critical skill of being able to communicate effectively at all organizational levels and has the reputation of getting things done. I would highly recommend him if you need Human Resource management help for your organization.”

Joe DiCarlo P.Eng.
Sales and Operations Planning Manager,
Fisher Service Company (Retired)

As a seasonal business employing between 15 – 45 people, and in the midst of moving into our new premises, the timing was perfect to implement change in our HR policies and approach. BBCi introduced a professional HR perspective to our company that brought management and employees together with a specific focus… our customers. We now have consistent job descriptions, refined employee handbooks which adhere to Ontario Employment Law, and a review system that promotes open conversation. Their support with new hires and existing staff has been a tremendous benefit to us. BBCi’s services are a great addition to any small business unable to have their own HR department.

Bill Bell
President, Bud’s Spas & Pools

“Over the years I have engaged many HR Consultants with varying degrees of success, however, since engaging the services of BBCI and Terry Conley in particular, we have been able to formulate an HR plan with realistic timeframes for implementation and provide our team members with a renewed sense of purpose. Furthermore, coupled with Terry’s hands on approach and willingness to listen to our concerns and needs and act accordingly, he is also very conscious of the costs associated with his services and strives to provide these as economically feasible as possible. He has become an integral part of our team. I have no hesitation in recommending BBCI and Terry for any size HR project or consulting matter.”

John C. Fisher
President/CEO, T. Harris Environmental

“I worked with BBCi on two separate occasions – in both instances they solved critical business issues and had a measureable impact on the organizations. Terry’s involvement as the off-shift HR leader in a 24-7, high growth manufacturing business was invaluable – most significant was his ability to engender trust and respect with both hourly and management employees. In a different business, Terry provided expert assistance in helping us fill some very challenging roles that were key to the business. He has a keen understanding of human nature and an excellent ability to read people and judge their fit to the role. I would highly recommend Terry Conley.”

Mike Snow
President, OMRON Canada

“When we lost our HR Director due to illness last year, we were struggling to manage the various significant tasks we were facing in a fast-changing environment.  BBCi presented a plan to get us through that period of uncertainty, making us immediately at ease.  Terry and Scott are both so friendly and personable.  They both hit opposite ends of the HR spectrum and come to a company like ours with a vast amount of knowledge, experience and professionalism applicable to all sorts of situations.  They provided welcome advice on hard issues when we asked for it, and provided support on issues that we didn’t even know we would have to cover.  Although we are back to managing HR in-house, we fully intend to use BBCi when unforeseen circumstances arise where we need their expertise.  We thank them for their help over the past year, and look forward to our ongoing relationship with them.

Courtney Quinn,
VP Finance, BIOX Corporation

“Scott has been instrumental to our Human Resources development at Intellimeter. His breadth of experience, deep knowledge and practical approach to resolving issues complement his guidance in our implementation. I would recommend Scott and BBCi to any small or medium size employer that wants to succeed in the future.”

Alberto Quiroz, CITP, P.Eng.,
President, Intellimeter Canada Inc.

“I first met Terry and Scott from BBCi Performance Management at a charity golf tournament. By the end of the day I learned these guys were a great fit for Mighty Expedite. Our first order of business was the an HR audit. They spent weeks auditing my systems and team and putting together some great information for me that really opened my eyes. The boys put a plan into action for Mighty Expedite. Not only have they cleaned up my staff performance program, they have given me a clear path to becoming a more professional company. BBCi set up systems that will protect my Company into the future. Terry and Scott also developed an employee handbook that is second to none. We have more plans coming down the pike and BBCi will be with me every step of the way. These guys are fun to work with and are true professionals. MONEY WELL SPENT!”
